Service Description

CANCELLED 1/2 day course with written multi choice assessment at the end of the course. Level 1 Introduction to Food Safety in Catering (RQF) This qualification is intended for people starting to work in the catering industry. It will give basic information for people serving but NOT preparing food. People preparing food should have at least a level 2 qualification designed for their role. The 1st Line Training introduction to Food Safety in Catering is certified by 1st Line Training, but still presented to the high standards demanded by our regulators.
